One of my favourites on the album. So here we have a 20 odd year old Paul Weller writing a song about a middle aged housewife (who's kids have all flown the nest) having an emotional breakdown in her now meaningless life. Especially like the clever breakdown moment towards the end of the track..."alone at 6 o clock, you drop a cup, you see it smash, inside you crack, you can't go on but you sweep it up, safe at last inside your private hell"
