Bob Dylan's satire in a near future world-after-war. I find it fun and cozzy. I prefer it as poetry than as a song, though. (Edited)

I'm not sure, but I'd guess Lincoln never said that. Dylan can be funnier than he gets credit for! That line always makes me laugh (Edited)
