I remember when Desire was first released and I'd never heard of Reuben Carter. Now the world has. Great song, now a classic.
Bob Dylan's best, angriest song.
The raw energy in this song is incredible, defined by the violin and drums.
I'd put this as his best song behind Tangled Up in Blue. It sounds grand, beautiful, and whimsical.
