The love interest here reminds me of the Gypsy Girl in Spanish Harlem Incident. She’s never learnt to read or write being in touch with something far bigger, more universal in scale.
Although we will never know for sure what awaits us in the valley below, we have all had that feeling, trying to enjoy the last few moments, trying to ignore the reckoning.
