Morbid curiosity and a mild headache brought me to finally listen to this one while driving through rush-hour traffic in Lakewood, CO. I needed something mellow and nostalgic, so what the hell. I was already all too familiar with the mediocre soft-rock hits, "I'd Really Love to See You Tonight" (US #2, AC #1) and "Nights Are Forever Without You" (US #10, AC #6), so I wasn't expecting anything brilliant. And I got exactly what I expected. The sound and the song quality are consistently middle-70's middle-of-the-road. If you like the two hits, you'll like the rest of the album. If you don't, you won't.
