Hard Promises was a standout album with no standout tracks. Southern Accents has standout tracks, but overall is not a standout album.
A disappointing Tom Petty album to me.

Starts out strong with three great tracks, but then does not manage to get back up there for the remainder. Still a good mainstream midtempo rocker.
