Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. The best interlude on the album. Some people have dismissed these, but I think they're vital to the album's final impact on you. They help to contextualise Ocean's lyrics and indeed the album as a whole.
Be Yourself is particularly good for how well it works with the next track, Solo, switching from the stern advice of 'Mom' to the care-free melancholy of Ocean in Solo.
