Outcry has one of the best choruses I have ever heard. I guess that makes it tied with a lot of other Dream Theater songs! Outcry falls along as one of Dream Theater’s heavier songs. However, if the single, On the Backs of Angels disappointed you, as it did me, perhaps check this one out.
