How they can make rough and harsh sounding music plus beautiful stuff like this, Is beyond me.

Wtf is this I don't want actually good sounding music on my Swans album
A very surprising track for Swans - not only are the vocals not Gira, they aren't even Jarboe. I like to think of this song as a metaphor for the death of innocence - I can imagine this being sung in a beautiful featureless field, and the first half of the lyrics are very religious. Then when Gira joins her in singing 'send them home' and more Swans-y noise comes in, the song becomes ever so slightly darker, before all instrumentation disappears for the final line:
'Then begin again'
Swans came at the very last moment.
This is the less swans song i heard, but it's still beautiful
