The way the Ry Cooder style slide guitar gives way to the piano is just brilliant too.
The lyrics are just heartbreaking, it's probably my favourite song lyrically ever. The final lyric of "She will suffer the needle chill, she's running to stand still" followed by the harmonica... it's just beautiful - 100/100
My favorite song of the album.

The Joshua Tree starts with U2 standards...then this track blows you away. stunning!
