Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 91.5/100, a mean average of 90.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 91.8/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.6.

Up there with the most iconic protest songs ever recorded. Also memorable in the UK when it got to number 1 in the charts in 2009 as part of an anti X Factor/Simon Cowell campaign
It's been 30 years and it's as relevant as ever. Let's hope it won't be as relevant in 2052, but I'm not hopeful.
One of the best tracks of the 90s

For The Riff and The melody i Love it

It's easy to dismiss the teenage angst-fueled, overly simplified 'down with the system' theming of Killing In The Name, but there are few lines more badass than "F*ck you I won't do what you tell me".
My all time second best song
This is the best song to lift weights to. Just so much aggressive raw power.
Don't you just hate it when the radio cuts off that last minute?

Five lines of lyrics to the entire song. Never were five lines of lyrics better utilized in the history of music.

Probably one of the best metal songs, or maybe even the best.
