Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 91.5/100, a mean average of 90.5/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 91.7/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.5.

The perfect start to an album, a somber intro track into an anthemic orchestrated tune, so cool.
One of the most beautiful songs in their catalog
Absolutely incredible
This song is one of these very rare perfect songs
One of their best songs

Mind blowing song.

This song just made me. This is the song why I started to listen to Pumpkins, one of my absolute favorites
For ages, even though I heard this years ago, way before hearing "How to Disappear Completely", the latter persisted in being my favourite song. I've always loved Tonight, Tonight and it's without a doubt the song that made me an SP fan, yet for some reason I was never committed to calling it my favourite song.
However, in finally cracking open Mellon Collie, I've fallen back in love with Tonight, Tonight. I have to say now that it is indeed my favourite song ever recorded, and perhaps the greatest.
So beautiful

PHENOMENAL!
