My favorite VU album, still sounds fresh and experimental. Sister Ray is one of the finest rock tunes ever created.

Yeah, I have listened to the song. There's a very unmistakable groove... but BESIDES the groove, there's some "unplanned" (it sounds improvised) soloing going on. That's what I (mistakenly?) called improvisational. Maybe it would've been better with "jamming"? I hope I've made myself a little clearer now.

Classic indie and undoubtedly the inspiration for "Where's Waldo?"

An interesting theory, but I have just stumbled upon the fact that it is actually known as "Where's Wally?" everywhere but the US and Canada Think

Last time I did that it ended in a nervous breakdown. My unsolicited suggestion is to put on a set of headphones, turn on that one cheesy album that you love but are ashamed to tell people about, and just enjoy it for what it is. Always clears my head. Smile

Psh, I have no secrets. It is a long-standing philosophy of mine that it is quite silly to be ashamed of the music you like Wink Nevertheless, I might just give this album a spin. It may be just what I need after this past week from hell.
