What do you have like Mercury Rev's Deserter's Songs, please? I think it's called chamber pop, so I'm just looking for classics and personal favorites, or anything that sounds close to the aforementioned album, whatever the genre, actually. Thanks! 😄

Like, recent, 2003-now era metal. I like Mastodon, Uncle Acid, Shel*, Baroness, Agalloch, stuff like that.
I don't like metal sounding too post-hardcore. I prefer post-rock/ prog/ folk/ psychedelic/ stoner sort of vibes in it. So, not too much screaming vocals, but rather more melodic.

You liked Sigh's In Somniphobia right? Imaginary Sonicscape is their other really solid 2000's release. Lots of retro/prog/psychedelic keyboards in it.
Corrupted are imo one of the occasional times post-rock influences worked decently in a metal band. El Mundo Frio is super long (one 70 minute track) and droney, but worth it.
