He definitely has a gift for putting into words what he loves about his favourite music. Lol, just the other day, after he had fallen in love with one of my favourite artists, whom I recommended to him (it was Orion Rigel Dommisse!), he said "I love how she's somehow so delicate yet so intense at the same time with the intricacies in her orchestration and her lyrical content... It's a very subtle intensity enwrapped in a less-subtle sense of fragile beauty... I'm pretty sure I'm hearing a significant Newsom influence in there" and I just responded with "Yeah what you said. :P You're good at writing about music."
So he can write about one of my favourite artists better than I can. XD
