Yeah, that's the main highlight.
Cherish is another strong single, similar to the True Blue singles. Express Yourself is another good single, right on with the times (late 80's - early 90's). The rest of the album is very different from her other stuff, which is why it's unique in her discography, and in general an album very much particular to the time period mentioned beforehand. _________________

Whenever "Like a Prayer" is playing, anywhere, wherever, I will sing it to the highest octave possible and will not fucking stop, no matter how much it makes other people uncomfortable. Even when a 10 year old peruvian boy was saying this was the gayest thing he's ever seen, I still did not stop. That song is my bat-signal to unleash the Saoirse vibrato.
Otherwise yeah I love the album, in all it's snazzy, self-important, hot-mess glory.
