My newest purchase came in the mail today and it was another 45 record of my newest favorite singer late beautiful precious Billy Joe Royal. "Everything Turned Blue" and "The Wisdom Of A Fool" are the names of the songs on it.
God bless you and his family always!!!

P.S. I got three more yesterday and the names of the songs are "Don't You Be Ashamed", "Don't You Think Its Time, "If This Is The Last Time", "Perfect Harmony", "A Ring Where A Ring Used To Be", and "We Need To Walk". _________________ Me & my favorite singer James Otto

Had a re-jig of my home office/record room (as my son calls it) yesterday and made space for another shelf full of records. So thought I'd take my monthly trip up to Notting Hill/Ladbroke Grove/Portobello Road today and take full advantage before the wife decides she wants it filled with nick-nacks:
Honest Jon's. Repress admittedly, but in a gorgeous silver-embossed gatefold sleeve. And less than half the price of the putrid coloured vinyl press (yuck) that Rough Trade were selling
This LP is KILLER!!!. Streamed it via the Honest Jon's website last night and it's absolutely ace. Blend of hardened Afro-Beat and 70s funk. Original goes for £1000s. Mecca, Norm, Gabe - get on this... _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing Folk 'n Stuff SHAMELESS RECORD DEALER PLUG
