After Hours is one of my favorite songs to close an album. Every track is great on this album, but i wish they would've experimented more.

Amazing. And this is coming from a guy who generally doesn't like ballad-heavy albums. I'm baffled as to why neither it nor White Light/White Heat are in the BEA top 100.
My song rankings:
1. Pale Blue Eyes
2. Candy Says
3. What Goes On
4. After Hours
5. Jesus
6. Beginning To See The Light
7. The Murder Mystery
8. Some Kinda Love
9. I'm Set Free
10. That's The Story Of My Life
#1-7 are 100/100, #8 is 95/100, #9 is 90/100 and #10 is 85/100.

I find this to be their most consistently enjoyable album. It's somehow overshadowed by their earlier self-titled, but while the high points of that album were higher, and its sound more unique, this album has less weak tracks.
One of my favourites.

A lovely dreamy mellow album. I never tire of listening to it. I have the Nico album higher on my top 100 and I wanted one more Velvets album. It was between this and Loaded. Whilst Loaded is a great album this one just seemed to be a better overall album. I love to play it late at night.

This is also probably my favourite VU album. When I listened to it for the first time, Candy Says enchanted me from the first moment. _________________ All time
