🫢 Chill Out pick probably too ambient for this tournament so can be scrubbed if it's a problem (wasn't classed as house or techno on Discogs or RYM - sorry, should have checked before posting)...

I had to check myself to be honest, but after looking on RYM where under the 'Ambient' genre tag there's a mention of 'Ambient House' I'm fine with it if you want to stick with it.
Cool idea. I don't know how much Ill be able to catch up on since my laptop's still fucked, but Ill try to get caught up. Anyways here are some stuff that Ive come across that isn't too well known, hope some Villalobos or Plastikman get nominated elsewhere
As someone who has maybe heard 30 albums in these genres + sub-genres, I shyly present these 2. If push comes to shove and more knowledgeable people want to get more noms in I am willing to take mine out. I'm looking forward to this tournament, as I t is sure to open me up to a whole new sonic world.
I'd like another few picks to be honest, surely there should be some Aphex, Plastikman, Basic Channel, Villalobos, Black Dog Productions in there? I'd like to see 50-60 albums nominated 😜
