Definitely one of my favorite live albums ever. The version here of Child In Time is not only superior to the recorded version, but maybe the most iconic moment in Purple's catalog.

I don't always like DP
I don't always like live albums, even when they come from great live bands.

But this... this is a bona fide classic, a high watermark in putting a concert on vinyl. I find myself coming back tho this one quite a bit.

Fantastic live album, the interplay between Ritchie Blackmore and Jon Lord is fantastic.

Excellent live album. Some great playing by every band member was captured for this one. Ian Gillan's vocals are just extraordinary, especially on the song "Child In Time". Wow! Just a wonderful release by the band.
