This is a sort of chillwave/electronica act, which is usually not my thing, but in all seriousness these guys have put a really unusual amount of effort into their website and their visual presentation in general. (And no, I have no idea what that thing is.) They're from Norway though, so maybe there's some sort of rule up there that compels them to do that.
