I listened to this album beginning to end just a couple days ago. It still holds up as the greatest album of all time. I don't know how they did it: perfect length, perfect sequencing, perfect balance of each of the Fab Four's creative powers, perfect album cover, perfect production and mixing, showcasing everything that made The Beatles so great. There will never be another.

I think it’s Ringo’s best album. His drumming is just impeccable. Also, this album shows a clear winner with Paul besting John in the writing. I think it’s the least Beatles album, but still one of their best. It just doesn’t feel like much of the other stuff they do, save Eleanor Rigby on something like Rubber Soul, and Tomorrow Never Knows on Sgt. Peppers or Magical Mystery Tour.

Best Tracks:
For No One, Eleanor Rigby, And You’re Bird Can Sing, Taxman, Tomorrow Never Knows, Got To Get You Into My Life, I Want To Tell You
