I'm about even on these ones, so I'm gonna toss one out for Feist, who I'm assuming will prove the underdog this time around.

Feist has some solid solo stuff and I love her in BSS, but this is a pretty clear choice for me. Sufjan is one of the most creative, engaging songwriters of this generation and has managed to reinvent himself to the point of being unrecognizable rather than falling into any trend or pattern. The fact that he was able to compose everything on say, Illinois, by him is absolutely insane to me.

Ouch. Tough match-up. I love them both, but my vote will go to Feist.
