As a Danger Mouse fangirl of course I love this, but I can go for some long stretches without it too.
I think it's really good at the beginning, and then really good at the end again, but the middle kind of muddles.
My favorite track is the spaghetti western themed Mongrel Heart.

I had listened to it when I was just starting to get into music, for some reason, and even then it didn't really impress me. The High Road indeed is very great but the rest in pretty tasteless from what I remember.

Love this album. Sure I'm a James Mercer fanboy, but anyone can appreciate the gorgeous swirling melodies blanketing this album. Yes the High Road is a masterpiece, but it doesn't end there. Sailing To Nowhere is my personal favorite.
