Jeff Beck's guitar-playing is just other-worldly to me. He can just straight shred if he wants to, but he doesn't always, he comes at the guitar with a "less is more" approach, valuing the power of a few notes over speed.

I'm abstaining on this one. Jeff Beck is incredible, but Kirkwood is just as good.
