Leaning heavily towards 1999 at this point. Doomsday is my favourite album here, and I See a Darkness is probably next on the list (I do fucking love mbv though, and Torres is a very good call). Also, that Rainer Maria album is great, I randomly listened to it like a week ago for the first time ever and I loved it, very pleasantly surprised to see it ended up here. I really loved Acid Rap for a few months too, but it got to the stage of serious overkill - everywhere I went somebody was playing Chance the Rapper, to the point that I now find him kind of annoying. Neither singles team does anything for me, though 'Retrograde' is the best thing amongst them. Gonna re-listen to Immunity, which I remember thinking was extremely average and certainly not one of the best electronic albums of that year, and then almost certainly vote 1999.

99 pretty easily. Albums I like on the teams are pretty even, but I like the 99 singles team more and 2013 has Kitty Pryde so can't really vote for that.

That 99 team is seriously testing my loyalty as a co-captain. Given the combination of MBV-Torres-The Mighty Pryde (seriously people get off your high horse and smell the beautiful pee-stained undies) should lock up my vote any day, and the singles team is quite strong (though... not quite stunning). Acid Rap and Immunity too are fine releases but I can kind of take 'em or leave 'em. The 99 albums, though, are nothing less than really, really, really, really good and I See a Darkness is an all-time favorite. Singles team is far less consistient but has a couple of gems. Gonna be tough my dahling Loveless but Im leaning 99, but will take some time and perhaps some re-listens before I vote.

A lot of great teams this round, including 13 (Torres and Immunity arr nice to see) but the 99 team is pretty much all great and I discovered some great stuff from it (Rainer Maria)
