I would like to learn this song. I can't figure out how his guitar is tuned though. The song at 14:36

Too low is the answer. Unless you've got a cheap guitar that you wouldn't be devastated if the neck twists and warps to a point of being unplayable, its too low. Either that or buy really really heavy gauge strings in order to tune down that low without screwing up the tension too much.
