I'm looking to add a profile picture and a gif as a signature. I have no idea where to get eligible pictures for a profile picture and I can't seem to get the gif to work :/

How do you mean not eligible? If you send me a picture you like I can crop and compress it for you.
You're a little bit off with the gif signature. Make sure the URL ends with .gif, so you're linking to the gif itself. Then, it needs to be [img], not [image].
So, just remove the *
[img*]https://media.giphy.com/media/kknmc8Pf96iis/giphy.gif[/img*]
EDIT: The gif is a bit tall, so I've made a suggestion by cropping it to be a bit thinner, saving the rest of us a bit of precious scroll time 😜
Same again:
[img*]http://i.imgur.com/AHYzHih.gif[/img*]

Nah it's fine, do you know where I can compress pictures?
To be honest with the "image" I got really desperate and tryed literally everything 🤣 and I just didn't edit it out :p
I think I got the gif to work, I'm on my phone and all I see is a image symbol buy like I said I'm on my phone. Thank you!

That's assuming the issue is that the image's file size is too large! But give it a go, you never know.

New here and when I try to set up my profile it tells me that user name already exists. Everything I try I get the same message...it already exists.

I don't seem to recall this problem happening before, and I'm not sure which browser or device you are using? If you are able, I'd definitely recommend trying on a desktop/laptop to see if the problem can be narrowed down to a specific platform (and then a fix can be made targeting that configuration).
