Well, it is freak, but not folk at all. Our early work is Captain Beefheart meets Wesley Willis, and our new album coming soon is like an industrial/sludge metal Hot Rats.
ANYWAY, I actually was referring to indie in general with that post. That includes the fact that The Suburbs is ranked higher than Siamese Dream.
But I shouldn't be talking about that here. CJ's a great guy, and it's a shame he's not going to be imparting his wisdom anymore here. That being said, you guys should check out his blog at www.godsshoeshine.blogspot.com. It's great.
