The only complaint would be that at times it's too clear, too limpid, which is detrimental to the dreamy atmosphere it tries to create.
One of the best nu-gaze albums. This album is just sheer beauty and power. Wall of sound created by shearing guitars complemented by great drumming. The vocals are soft mostly reminding me of My bloody valentine. Sonic Youth influences (they have influenced a lot of Shoegaze bands) are visible in the album. A must listen for all punk and shoegaze fans.
I just don't understand how people have not acknowledged this album for all its dreamy, heavy, shoegazing beauty. Just a great outing by three superb musicians.
