This is Spinal Tap is a hilarous movie (with an appropriately funny soundtrack), but I'm gonna have to go with Mulholland Dr. here. One of those cases where the soundtrack is super vital to the mood the movie is trying to achieve

The Silencio Bar sequence in Mulholland Dr is one of the greatest movie scenes ever.
