Ten and Vs. are pretty much the only two Pearl Jam albums I keep coming back to. Vs. is a very angry sounding album and it seemed like the band sort of had more freedom to do what they want after Ten broke them into the mainstream.

Been a very long time since I've listened to Vs. (or any PJ album for that matter), but very fond memories of this one. Funny, I just heard Glorified G on the radio a few days ago. That song kicks ass.

Vs. is definitely better than Ten.

This and Ten are both great albums. I really dig Vitalogy too.

A solid sophomore effort and a solid 3rd best album for them. While it's slightly more consistent than Vitalogy, I prefer the latter because it has more of my favourite PJ songs.

Took me a while to get into this album, mainly because I didn't like the shorter punkish PJ songs at first, but now I love the first two songs combo.
Kinda drags a bit in the middle with two of the weakest songs coming one after another (W.M.A and Blood), but picks up the pace with Rearviewmirror which is easily the best song on the album.

Oh, and Elderly Woman is one of Eddie's most poignant lyrics.
