This is my personal favorite Bowie record just because of the dark themes explored. Even the brighter moments like Golden Years have that uneasy feeling to it that I love

Even when Bowie took his weight (albeit not very heavy) in cocaine and disappeared up his own Nazi-obssessed rectum, he still produced a fine album.
Station to Station, Golden Years and Wild Is The Wind are all Bowie classics.
He looks like death warmed up on the cover picture.
And I LIKE Bowie!

I wouldn't really count it among the very best Bowie albums, but it's still a very good to great record, and The Thin White Duke is Bowie's darkest and most enigmatic persona.
The title track is good of cource, but I've never been crazy about it. Golden Years could fit on Young Americans pretty easily. Highlights for me are the spiritual Word On A Wing and the stellar cover of Wild Is The Wind which is without a doubt Bowie's best ever vocal perforamces. He sang it with such delicacy and emotion. _________________ All time

Probably a top three Bowie album for me. Not as many flashes of genius as some of his others, but a tight track list with no filler. _________________ kill yr idols
