Telegraph Road is DS' greatest cut and one of the best large scale epics ever recorded in rock history. Industrial Disease shows Knopfler writing with a Davies level of wry English wit. Good deep cuts, too. DS best or tied for best.

An undisputed masterpiece, only 5 song, but 4 od 5 perfect (sorry Industrial Disease I still like you). Telegraph Road is usually given the praise it deserves, but I'd like to mention the fantastic closer, the Dylanesque It Never Rains which to this day remains the underrated Dire Straits classic. _________________ All time
