Neither track was the best from their respective eras, but this is a very tough choice as they're still terrific anyway. Will have to think about it, though leaning towards the King of Richmond.
Strange D'Angelo choice from that record, though not completely impossible to understand, although the Prince worship here in particular is quite difficult to ignore. The question is: despite it not being my favourite song from that album, do I still prefer to 'Carissa'? Not sure. I much prefer Black Messiah to Benji, but Carissa is a highlight on that album in a way The Charade just isn't. Will think about it, leaning towards Kozelek atm.
