Now "metal" can mean anything you want in this thread, but my personal opinion would be one that utilizes the best of the tropes pertaining to the musical style, lyrical content and vocal range. My vote goes to "Painkiller."

I don't know much of this genre but "Rock Music" by the Pixies seems heavy enough..
