I always liked Natalie Prass, and Short Court is vedy good, but "A Song of Summer" is just absolutely divine. Jefre remains one of the most underrated and underheard artists in the '10s, but gives off the beautiful balance of both comforting sounds and massive, ambitious compositions, just like this one. Shoegaze is a bit of a stretch.
And it's a really good song, but it doesn't sound particularly fresh. Short Court Style, on the other hand, is a bop. _________________ Join us in the canon game / Add me on RYM
