It feels like Lana Del Rey spent the last decade writing the same song in the same style about the same subject matter, and finally perfected it with The Greatest.
I'm not sure if I like what's going on in Cicierega's song, but I might check him out.
The Greatest isn't my favorite song on NFR, but I think it's a terrific exemplifier of the mood and themes of the album. "The culture is lit, and if this is it, I had a ball" and "Kanye West is blonde and gone" are both ridiculous lyrics that only Lana could sell as heavy statements of finality.
For being kind of a novelty track (can I use that word without it having a negative connotation?) this Cicierega song was pretty enjoyable. But I think it was enjoyable mostly because it was exciting to hear what songs were going to pop up next, and I'm not sure it would have much replay value. I'd rather just listen to most of those songs on their own, though the Disturbed / Tim Allen mash-up is kind of genius. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. There is not be a better matchup catered to my interests.

Yeah I'm not always on board with The Greatest' lyrics, which is why I think I slightly prefer Venice Bitch or even Cinnamon Girl on NFR, but Lovey-less is right and it feels like the near-perfect culmination of what she's been trying to do for her first four albums but finally decided to kick it into high gear, and it's pretty marvelous all-around. It's too bad she just can't help putting her glamorous foot in her glamorous mouth whenever she finally has momentum, or else I think she would have somewhere to go after this as well. Oh shucks. Anyways easy vote since I think I'm just too much of an old fart for that Neil cici track
