Interesting that we have "This Is the End" and "Feels Like the End". Wonder if they'll face each other.

I voted "Wildfires", absolute snapshot of a moment from mid-2020. Unfortunately that moment hasn't changed much, but this is still a great track.

I like wildfires a lot. i mostly wasn't a fan of the 2 sault albums released in 2020 but that was a highlight.

This Kestrels track on the other hand is great as well and I just like the dreamy mood and the gauziness of it. Idk, hard to explain. Like the melody and the solo as well.

Kestrels gets my vote.

edit: and, as this is the last match of this round and the last I need to vote on, I want to list my ranking of these songs in Tiers.

I am happy to admit that you peeps have nominated a few tracks that I have come to love even more than my 2nd nomination (Days Like These"). KA and and that SVE/Angel Olsen song are PARTICULARLY stellar noms that have benefited my life.

I liked Wildfires in the last round but didn’t enjoy a second listen so much. Great instrumentation, but I really dont like the out of tune vocals (sorry if I am imagining this!) I’m okay with the Kestrels track but it hasn’t left so much of an impression on me. I’ll abstain this one.

Easy vote for Wildfires, Sault's back to back releases was one of the most important things to happen in 2020, major props to them.
Feels Like The End is ok, nothing extraordinary or groundbreaking though.
