Oh, absolutely. The first four Ramones albums are all worth two or three listens at the very least...
For this one though, you've basically got three sections: The first four tracks are fantastic, the next six are somewhat spotty (though "Pinhead" is of course an image-cut classic in every sense of the word), and then the last four are also great (just not quite as great as the first four, or "Pinhead" for that matter). I might note that if you bought the album between 1978 and ~2001 (when Rhino took it over), you probably got the version with "Sheena is a Punk Rocker" instead of "Carbona Not Glue," which made the original pressings worth more money, except that "Sheena" is a much better song. So in that version, it's the first five tracks, then the next five. But if you have Rocket to Russia, "Sheena" is on that too, so you're covered.
I think I mentioned this here once before, but I heard the first four Ramones albums in reverse chronological order, and that's also how I would rank them, which means this album's ranking on BEA is the only one I actually agree with. Take all that with a grain of salt or something.
