I like Skirting on the Surface a lot, even paid too much money to see Smile live last year. However, CMAT's album, although inconsistent, had several of the year's highlights for me. Nashville is one of them, a top 3 song on the record for me and an easy vote in the end. Two videos of 2021 made a name for the performer.
I confess that in 2022 I expected more from the album.
However, the magic of 2021 is still in effect.
By the way, the debut album and half of the tracks are singles.

The stars made Radiohead a religion.
I've never been a fan, but I respected the band for some hits.
I wish I didn't know who their stars now shine on.
Nashville is cute and edgy at the same time, it easily surpassed my expectations.
