A great album up there with the river and born to run.
Not quite as good as darkness or the rising but few album are.
Such a great, consistent vibe to this album. Love it

His best album for sure, and in my top 100. The first side — often overlooked — is superb, especially the title tune and the unpredictable “Kitty’s Back”.

Damn good album in its own right but it still feels like a building block to Born To Run for me. _________________ Attention all planets of the solar federation: We have assumed control.
