An underappreaciated classic.

Wish they still played more of these songs.

This album is U2´s career end of the beginning. Fellows are still preachers from Dublin, not conquerors of the world global city. Although the band style has changed, it was War an important link in the future. Sunday Bloody Sunday woke me find this team's existence in 1983.

A great album, when U2 was still an inspired band.

One of the holy trinity for U2.

Many often state it is War, Achtung Baby, and The Joshua Tree.

The only difficulty I have with war is the eightiesness of the few songs before 40- other than that, I feel it is timeless.
