I liked his earlier stuff, so I listened to this one once, never came back to it, don't remember one song from it. I should try again I suppose.

Similar to Norman - none of the songs stuck with me, just passively passed over for 55 minutes.
That is until Impossible Soul, which you either love or you hate. It's been described as a train-wreck, and that's what's so brilliant about it.

I prefer this to illinois. The title track is great.
It is fairly inconsistent though.

Love Sufjan, but this one never totally clicked with me. A bold album for sure, just not really for me.

I actually enjoyed this very much, this one is in my top 25. Not his best, but very nice nonetheless. Impossible Soul is a fantastic song, but it feels somewhat like an afterthought.
