Definitely 7. Most of the choices are too abstract, and #1 is really too much. I don't think a BEA comp. should quote famous artists either. 7 is sufficiently cryptic and keeps it fun.
1 is good but it won't work as album art at all. It's more appropriate for being a banner for the site which is what I think its original purpose was anyway.
2, 3 and 4 are decent, especially 4, but I don't think they'll work that well either.
5 looks similar to harkan's efforts but is more fun and perhaps the one that should win.
6 looks cool but I think I agree with Norman that the cover shouldn't quote famous artists.
7......okay, what is that supposed to be?
EDIT: Looked at 5 again, and maybe it could be improved a bit? It's still the best though, or at least the "concept" is.
Now I'm not contributing on the mix or anything, but I think that #2 (Harkan) is the best, but instead of just writing BEA, it should show the embossed-looking logo like in #4 (Harkan).
6 is awesome, but I'm not sure it's entirely appropriate (would be if the mixtape was mostly cover material). And 7 is awesome as well, but I'd have to go with some kind of combination of Harkans and #5.
They're all great though (although #1 I thought "are you fucking serious?" until I saw "ya bish" and then I thought it was awesome and hilarious).
Also, have you considered naming the album something other than just "mixtape #1"? IDK, but maybe an actual name (serious or otherwise) would be suitable. _________________ 51 Washington, D.C. albums!
