They were a big group back in the 90s. Has some great songs and a cool quiet sound. The people who liked Gorillaz in the 00s would have been fans of these. A lot is said about the album 'Dummy'. No thread for the group Portishead though. I remember there were good songs on the other two studio albums. They're also named after a place! Have fun:

Hm, I like them a lot and even have Dummy on my chart but I don't find myself returning to them much lately. Of course, I may relisten to Dummy soon and fall back in love with it, so there's that. Third is mad dope, too. Haven't listened to their self-titled in a while.

I love Portishead, all three of their albums are some of my favorites of all time. My favorite album from them is Third.
