Are people %100 proud of their lists, or is there anything you just have to confess to?
For example, I know that I have too much DMB in a top 40 list ๐ Even die hard fans would probably smack me for including Everyday ๐คฃ What? They were my favorite band in the peak of my fandom.
On a related note, would anyone confess to leaving off any albums to maintain the integrity of your list?
I realized a long time ago that being embarrassed about the music you like is just the silliest thing.
This. I'm proud of the music I like. Guess what? I love Air Supply. I love the SHIT out of Air Supply. And I'm not embarrassed about that at all. _________________ Progressive Rock
I'm ashamed of my ability to hear. I am embarrassed by the sonic impressions I take in. I am disgusted by every sound I register. _________________ -Ryan
I can't think of any particular albums I'm embarrassed by on my chart, but I am slightly embarrassed by how closely it ties into what everyone else has heard - I really haven't delved as much as many of the users here. _________________ My top songs of the 2010s

Now, nah. I like a lot of Beatles. Deal. I've got a Backstreet Boys album on a chart. Deal. I've got every one of Train's albums on some kind of chart, I think, I've seen them live and I love them. Deal.
Great soundtracks, I own all of them and almost went to her book tour to see Justin Furstenfeld play. Woman can't write, but dang she likes good music. _________________

Ditto, I'm kind of ashamed of how little music I actually like
