none. I would rather have a clearer memory of all the albums in my head than to focus on only one.

what? it's not like you'd have to listen to the album non-stop. like you could listen once - wouldn't that be better than nothing at all? seems awfully silly.

and I'd probably pick something like music for airports or thursday afternoon. I guess? something you couldnt get sick of. maybe I should just pick pet sounds.

it wouldnt have to be non stop, but it is the rest of your life. over time your one album will take over the memories of the others. especially if you listen to music a lot (I'm assuming a lot of us do) then you would play your "1 album" in place of all the other albums you would normally listen to.

if you replaced all of the times you listen to music with one 60-min album, how soon do you think you would tire of it?

but if those albums are gone, wouldn't it make sense to move on? just reminiscing on everything that's happened before for the rest of your life seems... just sad. And yeah, you might tire of it at some point, almost certainly, but then you could stop listening.

Actually, you might be able to return to it every x number of months/years, and have a really intense connection to the album. Woah.

It wouldn't matter which album I chose, since music would lose its appeal without the variety. So... how about this one:

Move on to what? You only get the "1 album" there is no "future of music" any more, there is only the past.

if you are conceding that you might have to stop listening for "months and maybe even years" why bother with having it there at all? I admit, after all that time, im sure it would be AMAZING to have that re-connection. I'm not sure I could trust myself to have an album (espicially one that i connect with) and just not listen to it for years at a time.
