Prince's best album. I would not say "by far", though, he made a few other great albums too.

I decidwed to listen to this on Thursday for the first time in years and then it gets album of the day!
Good in bits. If I was Your Girlfriend is great. Some of it is a bit repetitive. It could be a while before I listen to it again.

There might be a reason why Prince picked this track to entitle the album though. What if he thought it was the best track? In any case, I agree with Naples on this one, and with everybody else who say it's a remarkable record, and Prince is a fascinating artist. Probably the only artist of the 80s who could play just about any style of music and still it would always sound like Prince.
