Persona is at 18, still too low imo.

Ebert's quote that Fellow put up really hits the nail. Seems like there are some really great films and directors missing here, but this is still a MUCH more interesting list than pretty much any of the other ones out there. Puts AFI to shame.

There are not fifty better films than 'Casablanca'. This list is a joke. I know there is always an inevitable reappraisal, often leading to a backlash, but seriously? Not even the Top 50?

Also, there is no way 'Some Like It Hot' should be above 'The Apartment'.
